I think that this would be a good time to distinguish the difference between noobs and n00bs. Noobs are people who are new and inexperienced. N00bs are people who are extremely annoying, ex: flamers, spammers, beggers etc. A noob will work to get themselves money and items, and only ask for money when it is being offered and they need it(me...) smile . A n00b will go to every forum and post multiple times saying "give me gold and items and stuff". N00bs also usually talk like this (and I quote)

"you guys should shut the hec up kk you a bunch whores!!!! eat a pillow do something besides hurt a TEN YEAR OLD YOU GUYS SHOULD JUST SHUT UP ALL I WANTED WAS HELP K YOU GAY PEOPLE!" (lolirocker, http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/chatterbox/help-please/t.50072961/)

if you need an example, noobs are like the new guy at work, they learn quickly and are hardly any inconvenience.

n00bs are like (most) freshmen. Annoying, stupid, always complaining about how the work is so hard and never doing it, and generally beneath our notice, unless for some reason we feel the need to beat somebody up and one is handy.
