wen you're sad when your sad you dont know what to do u dont know if u should cry you dont not if you should break anything or beat someone thats in ur way or if u would kill ur self but maybe you take a breath and think maybe dont let whatever upseting you maybe you should just thing postive and be bevave just like other people !.
