Lost inside data?
What are you?
The past reminisced
My mind vacant
In the down fall of my heart
I’ve never known this pain
To numb to realize
I’ve never known this world
To shy to socialize
I’ve never known any love
To strong to compromise
And yet I was too innocent to be able to see through you
Memories flash in and out
Images of past psuedojoys
The touch of lip to lip and
The feeling of skin to skin
So lost in this deep well of brimming things
Drowning in my own tears
Not understanding this pain.
So locked up, and so content to stay that way
So confined, so safe as I thought that way
So blind, as to way things are supposed to be
