Character Name: Kamen Suterusu

Prefecture/Hometown: Tora-Ken, Village Hidden in the Embers
Personality: Somewhat split: Usually cheery and optimistic, but takes missions seriously and becomes dangerous when you threaten her friends and family, she absolutely loves flowers (they aren't seen much in her home village)
Fighting Technique: Seldom uses physical attacks, mainly uses mental attacks
Background: Kamen was born into the Suterusu clan, a clan famous for mastery in stealth and missions of gathering intelligence. She was very skilled even as a child. She passed the chunin exam when she was only 8 years old.
One day, a few months later, an intruder infiltrated the village and attempted to kidnap the child of Lord Yama (the village leader) but Kamen stopped him. Yuma's wife was so thankful that she gave Kamen one of her family's heirlooms and instisted that Kamen be elevated in rank.
Kamen is now the leader of a special squad meant for infiltrating enemy lines and gathering information about their enemies. However, Kamen strives for her goal of becoming a Jonin and teaching young ninjas to become true shinobi.

Prefecture/Hometown: Saru-ken/Village Hidden in the Trees
Personality: admires her older sister and wants to become strong so she can avenge her parents' death. Very stubborn, and never gives up. very emotional, not like most ninja who perfer to hide their emotion, even though, she's not very strong.
She prefers a quick-ended, if any, and is usually the first one to make a move. Prefers to keep to herself most of the time. she respects everyone, and is very shy. she tends to avoid people of importance, and avoids missions. She hates genjutsu, and is not so fond of weapons. she has a short temper, and is easily angered.
Went through the Academy, through the force and encouragement of her older sister.
Fighting Style: Pressure Points, Taijutsu, Knows only 3 Ninjutsu techniques
Background: her parents died when she was young and since then has been raised by her older sister Hikari. Kimiko doesnt remember her parents at all.
Before she died, her mom went on mission to this faraway place called 'Konohagakure', and stole the headband from a ninja she killed. Kimiko wears it for good luck. Her family has no Kekkei Genkai, and is not special whatsoever. They all became Ninjas because they wanted to. Her entire family thinks of most people in her village as mindless buffoons (except for the select few, of course)

Character Name: Kotori Muro

Occupation: Fortune Teller
Prefecture/Hometown: Usagi-ken Prefecture
Personality: Kotori’s personality is mainly derived from her years of clan leader training. While she doesn’t remember too much of it, her character is still affected by it. When she makes an effort she can stop herself, but otherwise Kotori will fall into habit. She is strict with herself and others, judging them from first sight. She will try and take control of situations if they get out of hand. Another of these traits, is that she's quite opinionated and outspoken, and can argue until the cows go home if she feels strongly enough.
Kotori, while not necessarily an unfriendly person, does not form friends easily. She will not become acquaintances with someone from one or two conversations, but will form bonds slowly, while slowly measuring the person up.
Over the while of living outside the strict clan atmosphere, the girl has slowly become less uptight and harsh. After going off, she decided to live life in a more exuberant way, before she returned home and was chained to clan duties.
Fighting Style: Kotori only really fights for self defence, and will never attack someone purposefully. Her attacks are mostly focused around her crossbow bolts and her wind chakra.
Background: Born into a family of minor nobles who hold a seat of minor power in Usagi-ken, Kotori is in line to be the next clan leader. She has spent several years of her life preparing for this future position.
During the more recent years she has being travelling around for life experience, which was a welcome break from endless diplomatic training. She earns money by wandering the prefectures, setting up Fortune Telling stalls in various villages, towns and cities. She one day hopes to return home to her clan, and assume her place as leader, but not until she’s lived life for a while. Kotori’s now willing to give up her freedom for a while yet.

Weapons/Tools: neko-de on all paws and shippo-ken (tail blade)

Nekomimi no Jutsu - transforms into a sexy looking female cat girl (all neko ninja possess this jutsu)
Ningen no Henshin - another transformation jutsu which allows neko ninja to assume the form of a very sexy female human; hair color is determined by the predominant fur color (though sometimes it has highlights of the other colors)
Kamitama Explosion - a hairbomb; neko ninja cough up a seemingly ordinary hairball and throw it at an opponent then BOOM!! it explodes like a paper bomb
Nipnap'd Jutsu - a tracking jutsu; a neko ninja covers its opponent in very potent catnip which, until washed off, will force the opponent to constantly be chased by nearby felines, from house cats to tigers
Background: Yukimaru was found by a neko ninja named Sashimi as a kitten and has sent been raised by the hidden feline ninja village. Yukimaru is still inexperience though, and often wonders off on its? own.
Other: Neko ninja do not refer to chakra as chakra, but instead call it catra. All neko ninja develop a more acute resistance to genjutsu (only one sense still, only either sight, sound, or smell). Yukimaru does not have genjutsu resistance. Also, Yukimaru has amazing catra control. Yukimaru can pull off ninjutsu using only the smallest amount of catra possible and can maximize a jutsu's duration very efficiently.
