As her heart beat slowed a tear escaped Samantha's left eye. She heard each heart beat on the moniter, each beep slower than the previous. Her wrists were covered n gauze, the doctors had tried their best but it just wasn't enough. She gazed up at Dj then her eyes traveled down to Kaitlyn, then Tanner her brother who cared about Sam more than her father or anyone else in the world.
Jamie, Vince, Lilly, Kaitlyn, Tanner and Dj all stood next to her death bed. Dj clasped his hand around Samantha's as a tear fell from his face. Everyone was crying, espacilly Kaitlyn, Tanner and Dj..
Samantha's eyelids fluttered and fell on her hazel eyes, her brown hair scatered across the hospital pillow. One last tear fell right before her last heartbeat. Kaitlyn and Tanner broke out into loud sobbs as Jamie Lilly and Vince huddled together prayed and cried for their departed friend. Dj, still holding the dead girl's hand, silently cried. "I love you.." he whispered and continued crying.
"I'll miss you Samantha" Kaitlyn said.
"We all will.." Tanner told Kaitlyn patting her back still crying.
A nurse came in the room a few moments later after the news spread that Samantha passed away. "I'm sorry but you all must leave" The nurse said turning off the heart moniter.
Dj took one last look at his former love and walked feeling that the suicide was his fault.
Kaitlyn looked at Tanner nd said " WHo are you..I've never seen you before"
Tanner replied "I'm her step brother, I'm not home when she's home I come home an hour after her since I have tennis practice"
"But she doesn't have a step mother...?"
"Mandy..My mom died 4 years ago" Tanner said another tear escaping.
"I can't believe Sam's gone.." Kaitlyn sobbed
