I promised to post my bad experience with a squirrels so here it is.
I was ten or twelve and was visiting my grandparents, my family had decided to stop at a park to streach our legs and use the bathroom, etc. Me and my sister were playing in a creek, and I saw a squirrel there looking for a nut. I picked up what I thought was a nut and gave it to the beast, it bit down on what was actually a rock in a nut shape. The squirrel bounded towards me, bounded up my leg and bit my knee.
I screamed of course, while my sister laughed beside me. My mother was worried that it could have rabbies, and got my dad to take me to the Emergency Room. I got a band-aind and a rabies shot, I ended up not having anything but a scar from it. But ever since then I have been wary about going near squirrels, and my siblings always bring up this story when we go hiking to humiliate me and whoever is with us.
