Two days had passed since Kazumi's death.Kyo and the others had spent those two days in a small village.
It wasn't like all the other towns they were in before,it was almost as if it was completly untouched by time
Kyo stood near a small ramen shop,she could smell the ramen cooking and knew that it was about to open,her tail wagged happily
The villagers here didn't expect her of anything un-normal,when they had arrived at the village everyone just thought that she and Makoto had dressed up for thier annual celebration
Satoshi,Masumi,and Makoto had all been standing with Kyo.Makoto would ocassionally be passed off as a stuffed animal"I wish they would hurry"
Makoto sighed as she climbed onto Masumi's head,her tail wagged as she sniffed the air
Kyo smiled slightly,tapping her claws on the side of the shop,she was starting to become agitated"I really need some food"
"Wonder when Ryu and the others will be coming back"Satoshi blinked alittle as he scratched his head
Kyo shrugged her shoulders then pointed away from them,seeing Tatsuya waving his arms around at them
He ran over to Kyo and hugged her legs tight"Hey Kyo look!"Tatsuya spinned around in circles showing off his costume
She blinked watching him"Where did you get that?"Kyo tilted her head to the side slightly as she glanced over at Ryu coming over
"It was at a small store.The storekeeper gave it to us for free for thier celebration"Ryu smiled showing off his,he wore a pair of white gloves the same as Tatsuya the only big differance was Ryu's shirt was more like a vest while Tatsuya's was long-sleeved
Kyo moved her head to the side and looked behind Ryu"Where's Narashi?"She blinked alittle as she looked down at Tatsuya
Tatsuya giggled softly to himself as he looked at Ryu then looked over to another building pointing over to it"He's over there"
She nodded her head then ran over to the building"Narashi..?"Kyo walked to the side of the building and saw around the corner slightly,she could hardly see because it was dark
"..."Narashi growled softly"Please don't make me come out Master"His eyes glowed in the darkness,they were the same color as Kyo's,a blood red
"Come on,it can't be that bad"Kyo smiled at him in the darkness as her tail swayed"Let me see"
"..."Narashi walked out of the darkness and out so she could see him.He had changed forms before they entered the village
"Happy now.."Narashi had been wearing white gloves and white boots,his shirt was almost like Ryu's.It looked like a vest but it wasn't and it was blue,it seemed to go well with his long black hair
Kyo frowned at him then hung her head down at the ground"No fair!"Her ears twitched as she sighed"I want a costume!"
Narashi sighed as he knelt down to fix his pants,he tucked them inside his boots so that way they wouldn't get torn.He actually looked like a guard for a royal family
Kyo frowned even more seeing that he had a sword on his side"Now this really isn't fair"She sighed and took a white ribbon out of her hair
It was keeping it in a neat ponytail but when she took it out her hair fell down,going past her shoulders"Here"
Narashi stood up after fixing his pants and looked at Kyo"Yes?Whats that for?"He blinked at her as the others walked over to them
Kyo shook her head slightly as she walked behind him.She tied the ribbon to his hair keeping some of it in a ponytail"So your hair isn't always messy"
Masumi walked over to Kyo and bearhugged her"Kyo,why don't you ever wear your hair down like this."
"Because..I..well I don't really know,I just always used that ribbon to keep it up"Kyo blinked alittle as her ears twitched
Satoshi and Ryu walked over to her smiling"Well I think you should keep it down,brings out more of your womanly features of your body"Satoshi grinned at her
Kyo glared at him"You perv!"She blushed slightly"Who are you to talk about my body!?"She growled sotfly and grabbed a metal trashcan top and hit Satoshi ontop of the head with it
"Oww!!!"Satoshi rubbed his head and glared at Kyo"What the heck was that for!?It was a compliment!"
Ryu rubbed the back of his head slightly as he leaned over towards Satoshi"She doesn't like her body to be talked about,although I do agree with you"
Kyo turned her attention towards Ryu and glared at him"What was that..!"She bared her fangs at him slightly as her tail swayed
"No-Nothing!"Ryu stepped away from Kyo and rubbed the back of his head"I just said that we should get to the store before it closes if you want a costume for the festival"
Masumi laughed with Makoto as Narashi picked Kyo up and held her on the side of his hip"Well then,we should get going,right Master"He smiled down at her as he began walking back towards the store
"Hey!Put me down!"Kyo struggled to get free from Narashi but couldn't,he was still stronger even though he changed forms
Ryu and the others walked behind Narashi as they followed him,they were embarrassed that Kyo was making such a fuss about being carried and by how many people were staring at Narashi and Kyo as he carried her
Tatsuya ran over to Narashi and walked on the side that Kyo was being held.He gave her a big childish smile,laughing in his mind
Kyo sighed and stopped struggling,until her stomach growled heavily"HEY WHAT ABOUT MY RAMEN!!!"She struggled more this time to get free"Let me go!"
