Walk in the forest
I sit by the tree
That we used to sleep by;
A tear runs down my face
Because I miss you so
How could you leave me
Right when I needed you most;
The night grows cold
As I walk straight on
More tears flow out
Even though I need to be strong;
You told me to forget
But I just cannot
You meant the world to me
My love for you is still stronge
I sit by the lake
Where we first met
Memories fill my head
But then I feel a source of regret;
I wish I had never met you
Then my pain wouldnt be so great
It feels like my heart was ripped into two
And thrown straight in the lake;
I see your face in my head
And choke on my tears
I loved you so much
You took away my fears;
When they told my you had died
I couldnt take it
I dropped to the floor
Hoping they were mistaken;
It has been about one year
Since that horrible day
I look back and wish it was a dream
And that you were still here in every way!
