Well once again its time for another sword test! This one will be a little different than the others though...
In this test, its a full night and day one. That means we're gonna meet at noon today and travel to some lake in the wood and It'll end sunday morning. Its been getting down to about 20 degrees at night so the cold is the only thing we really have to worry about...
We do forms, elemental forms, free fighting (sparring) and so much more! got questions? go ahead and post em! I'm more than happy to answer any questions you have biggrin
we do have to bring our own sleeping bags, sword equipment and food though, so we're roughing it tonight!
Im personally really excited though. I know its going to be hard, all of my test are hard everytime. But im confident in what im required to know (along with the fact im bringing 3 redbulls to keep me drugged up and awake the whole time xd )
I'll be testing with my dad (he's in the class with me, we're both the same rank. Purple belts) 4 white belts and an orange belt. If me and my father pass, we'll get our brown belts. After that we're only 2 belts away from a black belt! biggrin that will be the second black belt i've gotten from a martial art, the first black belt was when i was younger and i was in tae kwon do.
Oh by the way, im bringing my camera so when i get back on sunday morning, i'll post pictures of me, the testing and everything else i can get 3nodding
