Bio: Reina's 'annoying' little brother. He lives with their father a couple states away, but occasionally goes to visit Reina and their mother. He finds it utterly unfair that Reina's life is so perfect, though he doesn't know about her recent transgression into gang life, nor her relationship with Demon.
Though he is relatively annoying to his sister, Ciro really isn't that bad. He tends to be cold to people, only really having one or two close friends back home. He constantly does stuff to piss his dad off, having gotten the bad end of the divorce. His father routinely beat him until he could learn to fight back, eventually managing to knock the stumbling addict onto his a** and get a hunting knife [which he cajoled one of his contacts into buying him] at his throat. The old man had since left him alone.
Like his sister, he's bi, and dresses the way he does to piss off his parents. However, he's atheist, which is what annoys Reina so much. He tells her that her religion is just talking to air and waving sticks around. He couldn't care less whether there was a God, in the mindset that if there was, he had long since been deserted.
