i wish people would not assume they know what i want.

i love everyone lots. i will tell my friends i love them. everyone from crazy ex significant others to random weirdos i havent even had a decent converstion with will get told that i love them lots.

apparently this raises issues.

for one, people think that since i tell them "i love you," they need to say it back. they dont.

as long as people know and understand that i love them, ill be fine. thats it. end of story. sure if they can say it back its nice but it wont hurt me if they cant say it.

in relationships, i guess people think they need to spend all their time with me to make me happy. they also seem to think that they need to say the whole "i love you" thing.

what i want in a relationship isnt the whole "someone to hold me and tell me they love me and kiss me goodnight" thing. i am perfectly undeniably happy with a relationship where theyre my best friend and im theirs. thats all that should happen. two people dont need all the romance crap, jus t to be able to talk to each other about anything, especially true when pertaining to teen relationships. the other stuff is nice, but not needed.

uh, no. relationships are nice and all, but theyre not necessary. sure its cool and all to be able to say someone is yours, you have their heart and they have yours, but if i dont have that im not gonna be miserable. i dont need all that.

the only thing i need to be happy is for my est friend to understand this all. dude, i love you. nuff said.
