The sound of galloping hooves
My heart beats fast
A brand new feeling
Never harbored in the past
Goes beyond just the warmth
Or the heat from within
But it heats my whole soul
I cant even begin
To describe how the butterflies
Flutter inside
Or how the stars
Now seem to collide
How I seem to breathe different
While Im waiting for you
Are my feelings so blatant
In the things that I do?
How I dream of the beaches
Of the waves on the sand
Talking of life
As we walk hand in hand
And wed whisper our dreams
Into each others ear
And having no secrets
Thered be nothing to fear
Can you hear my heart beating?
Can you hear how it sings?
Can you hear the deep harmony
Like a bell as it rings?
