Invisible
Sitting in a room full of people
I feel alone
I raise my hand to read this aloud
With every tick of the clock my hope slips away
The fimaliar pain and same old thoughts hit
I am invisible here...
My hand slips down, my shoulders slunk inward
I stare at my hands
The thoughts shoot through my head, they're there every day
The room around me has lost everything, it's empty
Along with the room, I am empty
Tonight I will pray again, but I'm not so sure my head will be filled with hope
In the morning will I still be invisible?
Will you see me laying there with a note in hand?
Will you be able to see me for the first and last time?
Will you care at all?
Will you shed a tear?
Will you even notice at all?
All these questions I shall never know their answers..
