Currently waiting to see if I will be able to go to the third mummy movie tonight. My dad was, as I suspected, a pushover, and my grandparents have some sort of Yachting Guild-thing on tonight (yes, guilds do exist outside of Gaia, but they are a lot less fun), so we'll be in the city (Hobart) anyway.
However, my grandparents were all flustered over whether or not to offer to give some guy a lift to the guild meeting, and, if so, if they could con him into using his car, and having him drive (I know, makes no sense to me either). And my dad, being, as I said, a pushover, can't do anything about it.
As if that weren't enough, they also want me to meet some of their fellow fossils, "Robin and Sharelle". Since I can't convey how much exactly I don't care about meeting them (at least without giving my grandparents a joint heart attack) I am obliged to stay quiet, and see how this plays out.
The outcome of this "retard-o-rama" will be posted later tonight.
