If you can't think of anything, then think about this.

I feel like I miss something out of everyday. It's like I'm not getting what I should out of life. I take things for granted and I can't bring myself to follow "the supposed to be" things in life.
I just finished watching episode 7 of Moribito. It made me cry. =] I love Chagum! He's so adorable and willing to help others despite himself. And I also have a feeling that Tanda likes Balsa...
I also saw episode 21 of Code Geass today. It's sad. Euphenia is going to die because Leloush's geass turned like Mao's (he can't turn it off), so he ended up accidentally telling Euphenia to kill all of the Japanese, so now the innocent and good-willed Euphenia is on a murderous rampage. And the thing that sucks is that Leloush was about to tell Euphenia about his geass. He was actually about to tell her everything until he made that mistake. I don't know what is about the fact that Euphenia denounced her right to the throne, but it satisfied Leloush's plans as Zero and he actually trusted her. Unfortunately, after what Euphenia just did, she has to die no matter what. The only way to stop her is to kill her. It would be really sad if Suzaku ended up being the one to find her and kill her; they would have made the perfect couple!
Aside from watching anime, today happens to have been the first day of school. I'm a sophomore! But it didn't quite meet my expectations. I mean, it's different. And new. But I guess I never did like change anyway. Chemistry is probably my worst class. I don't know anyone in my lab group except Abdula from Latin, but I never really talked to him anyway, and wouldn't it be awkward to start now? And I don't even know the other two people in my class. I think the only person in my class I recognize is Emily, from Gym last year. She used to hang out with Abby. My teachers, of course, for Chemistry were alright. I've got Mr. Jacobs and Mr. Hom. Mr. Hom is hilarious!
Speaking of Chemistry, it was kind of funny when random constantly came into our class and the teacher repetitively said "Today's not Monday. It's Tuesday." The class, or at least the people that like to be funny pretty much chanted it as soon as a stranger walked into the class.
Backtracking a bit from there, I took the bus to school this morning. I was pretty psyched. I couldn't wait to get there. The anticipation sadly has been a disappointment. But, I did meet plenty of people since I got there so early. Karen and Tensae arrived about a minute after me so we went down in search of people and met the whole lot; Yuna, Salma, Vivian, Karissa, Patsy, Jenny, Michelle.
Lindah came a little later and while we were going inside, I saw Bushra and Fariha too! ^^ A little reunion, though I didn't see Michelle today. I took a good kick at Bushra, but Lindah broke us up. xD
Homeroom was pretty nice. After all the schedule exchanging and checking, Nancy and I went to sit behind Janie because no one was talking to her and she was just reading. I was planning to talk to her, but then I realized that wasn't absolutely sure that it was Janie. So Nancy and I pretty much sat there like idiots. Idiots, indeed. At the end of the period, Nancy looked over her transcript on the way out and she told me that her name was Jane. I wonder if Janie is her nickname? Or is she really just a lookalike. 0_o
After homeroom I had English with Hannon. I got there last, so I didn't get a good seat. Well, I actually ended up sitting next to Rachel, just like last year. And I sat behind Alex from Writing Seminar too. Amy and Judy were in my class as well, just like old times! ^^ Mr. Hannon wasn't exactly mean, but he seemed pretty strict. And I can't remember anyone telling me anything about him, except Sharmela. All she told me was that he expects a lot of participation and that he looked gay. I don't agree with the second, but I think he does take participation pretty seriously. Why did I have to go for Honors English?
Next class for me was Global! ^^ I have Mr. Barbour, who seems to come off as a pretty good teacher. I also know enough people in the class. I sat with Li, Oladoyin, and this girl from Japanese Cultural Club whose name I'm not quite sure of. Christie was also in my class! ^^ Unfortunately, that's my only class with Christie. I still should find out if she has ninth free with me. If she does, it'll be just like last year's first period! Mr, Amy, Judy, Christie, and that dude whose name I really have to think about to remember. xD
Mr. Barbour actually gave the most hw as opposed to my other teachers. He asked for five current events article summaries and questions and something else.
After Global was Chemistry for me, which I already mentioned. I had lab today, so I haven't been to Gym yet.
My next class, during 5th period, was Technical drawing. Mr. Rabel is quite an interesting teacher. He didn't really talk much about Technical Drawing; he gave a lecture on the importance of respect and duty. He also doesn't really judge on grades as a Math teacher might. He says that he judges on how well you can teach what you've learned to someone else. I'm not sure how that works out in class though.
Next for me was lunch. I had lunch with Nancy! ^^ Yay! And Stivaly though she didn't really show. We waited around for her in the library for the first 10/35 min. Then we headed for the cafeteria where we met Amy and Michelle. I think they have Math Team, but not yet. Oh, Michelle's in my Tech Drawing class by the way.
After lunch was Latin. I met Sharlene in the halls and so we went off to Latin. At first we got there 5 minutes early and sat down without even realizing that we were sitting in a completely different class with people that looked older than us! xD Then other people came eventually after the bell rang! xD Ms. Goldstein was pretty cool! She had us play a little true/false game about herself. But like all other classes, it was just lectures.
Last and least, for me was Math with Ms. Abbot! Amy must be so proud of me! I'm not in Honors Trig! Honestly, I'm a little glad. I wouldn't want a Math teacher version of Mr. Hannon. Anyway, Corrine and Barbara are in my class. ^^ Salma was suposedly in my clas but she didn't show for whatever reason.
After that, I was free! ^^ So I met Amy and Priya in the library. We spent a bit of time in the computer room and then we went out to the courtyard where I met Karen on the grass. She had Gym and they weren't doing anything so she was just doing work or something there I think.
She got me the awesomest awesomest awesomest birthday present ever!!! She made me a handmade little blue bracelet that's super adorable! Arigatou goseimasu Kachi!!! And she got me a cute bag and a little card too. =]
Anyway, after a while, Amy and Priya left. Priya actually left her i-pod on the grass which Karen found and will return to her in homeroom tomorrow. =] Karen waited for Casey, but she wanted to stay, so we went to the train station/bus stop together. =) IT WAS SO HOT out there! How could it be so cool all freaking summer and be scorching on a September afternoon???
Ah well. I went home and did namaz first thing. Then Amma came home and I think I went on the computer then and started doing random things. I forget what exactly. I talked to a lot of people on AIM today. It's surprising how many more people come on when school starts.
Anyway, the highlight of today is that though I didn't get everything that I wanted, Allah gave me all that I asked for. Arigatou.
