In the dark reaches of night, news was going all around and about about this phsyco killer named Beyond Birth day aka BB escaping from jail. For Light yagami, he couldn't really care less about another killer escaping jail, for he could just wright this Beyond Birth day persons name into his note book while hacking into his fathers computer and finding a photo of him and be done with and go on with his life. Simple right?
Light just sighed underneath his breath as he watched the news in his dark room with only the dim light of the TV piercing through the darkness of his room.
Just then Lights phone started to ring, as light looked down to his phone, his shinigami ryuk started to chuckle like a mad man
" oh shut up ryuk" light mumbled to himself as he flipped his phone open
" Hello?"
"Light yagami....." said a voice in the phone that was kinda familer to light
" umm yes......" light said in response of the person who was talking on the phone
" this is Ryuga Ryuzaki, I need you to come down to my office right away, would you please come over there now?" asked Ryuzaki but his voice sounded kinda diffrent , like it was kinda lower then normal and sounded like it was in a sly tone, which was not normal for Ryuzaki
Light looked up in a tad of a shock and nodded his head
" umm...alright then I"ll head down. is my father there?"
" oh....no...it seemed that Mr.Yagami headed back to the task force, it would only be you and I"
' that's strange, Ryuzaki never called my father Mr.Yagami before
around me, but I'll let this pass over my head. but just in case'
thought Light as he went over to his desk, got out his ball point pen and carefully took out his death note book out of his bobby trap desk drawer
" I'll be on my way Ryuzaki" said Light into the phone as he grabbed his coat and headed out the door
after a half an hour latter, Light came to the same hotel to find Ryuzaki, sitting in a chair with his knees in his chest and eating jam. But then Ryuzaki's glance met lights. He smiled halfway and said while getting up and heading over to the door.
" welcome Light please take a seat while I lock the door so no one would peep in one us."
Light looked around and said " umm Ryuzaki...why did you want to see me this evening? isn't it kinda late?"
But just then as Ryuzaki locked the door, he smiled and said calmly " oh it;s never too late to talk with you....." then his eyes met Lights once again but this time his eyes where glowing red and he continued in a low tone " Kira"
Light jerked his head back a bit and said while trying not to hasted in his voice " Ryuzaki, how many times do I need to say it? I am not Kira"
But as then while light was talking, Ryuzaki let out a manically laugh that filled the air around them.
but as he was done laughing he looked at light with a sinister smile and said " and who is this other Ryuzaki you are talking about? we have never met before."
" yes! yes we have! you work for my father! Ryuzaki, I'm sorry but I must leave." said light as he started to rush over to the door but Ryuzaki grabbed him by the shoulder and slammed Light down onto a soft chair
" no please sit, sit and relax for a while it lasts" said Ryuzaki happily with that same sinister smile on his face while his eyes still glowed red while he went over to the kitchen and picked up a butcher knife and started to look at it while he creased his right pointer finger across the the razor sharp blade
" WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!" shouted Light as he was still in the chair
Ryuzaki then looked over to Light and started to walk over to him slowly while he carried the butcher knife in his hands
" you don;t know who I am? oh Kira you should know because I'm pretty famous. I was all over the news two years ago in America and now I'm all over the news once again like the little narcissist I am." then Ryuzaki turned off the light to make the whole room dark. But just as he turned the lights off, his glowing red eyes still percied through the darkness while he lit a candle and still walked over to light.
As he got close to light, he went really close to Lights face while having an insane smile on his face and said in a low crazy insane tone
" I'M BEYOND BIRTHDAY!"
Then Light could feel a sharp pain in his chest and let out a painful cry as he was being stab dover and over and over again while his blood was splattered ever where, For Light was screaming in pain, Beyond birth day was laughing as then he placed his hand over lights mouth to make him stop screaming to become a low muffles
" shhhh....you don;t want people to hear you scream now DO YOU?!" said BB in Lights face as he took the last swing at light by slitting Light's throat.
Just then, after lights throat was slit, Light stop screaming and closed his eyes slowly, to sleep of all eternity
BB removed his hand away from lights mouth and said " good night anf good bye little Kira. " as he was chuckling as he looked at lights corpse
But then BB eyes glanced down onto Lights death note. BB reached down and took the death note away form light and just smiled happily as he looked over to Ryuk
" well hello there brother shinigami....no wait.... I don't even know if I'm a shinigami or not but anyway, I'm the new owner of this note book. You must've been pretty bored, how about I give you some REAL hmm?" said BB as he turned back on the lights to discover he was covered to head to toe of light's blood all over him but he didn't care.
" so how about it hmmmm?"
" I guess I can agree with you with that. Sure why not? by the way my name is Ryuk, Beyond Birth day. So who is going to be first on your list?" chuckled Ryuk
Beyond birth days smile grew more and more until his pearl white teeth shown and said in response " oh just some people first by killing them with my own hands but I'll make sure I"m going to save some one for last to savor my moments of teasing him and make him go completely nuts until he can't take it no more"
" so who is it?" asked Ryuk
" oh just my old friend and rival...........L" as then BB let out an evil laughter that filled the bloody night sky
