I'm really, really bored. So Guess that's how I found myself typing up a new journal entry. That, and I want gold too.
SO. I'm going to talk aboooooooout... PROJEKT REVOLUTION
It was a few days ago, on the 18th at the Post Gazette Pavilion. 10 bands, Linkin Park as the head liner. Mains included The Bravery, Busta Rhymes, Chris Cornell, and Ashes Divide.
Guess what? I didn't get to see any of them, which pisses me off because... Gawd... CHRIS CORNELL! Can you even FATHOM that?! MISSING him?! The guy is practically a ******** saint!
Original Former and frontman of Temple Of The Dogs. ALSO the singer to Soundgarden AND Audioslave!
And I MISSED him! Ugh! He did covers of Hunger Strike and Black Hole Sun...!
Now, you might wonder, how did I miss them, seeing as we got there in time to see the entire Atreyu performance, which if you've never been to an Atreyu concert, you are SERIOUSLY missing out. The entire crowd is like a mosh pit galore! We(sister, sister's friends) actually got to go to practically the front of the stage! It was awesome! I almost got thrown into the mosh pits a ton, but I'm not complaining. Their painful but really fun.
Anyway, back to the gruesome story.
Around the last 20 seconds of Atreyu's last song, I started to have an asthma attack. I pushed my way through the crowd and sat down, and there were a ton of people staring and gathering around and s**t... It was really embarrassing. I started sobbing, which, that didn't help at all and made things a lot worse seeing as I could hardly breathe. Like, I could suck in air, but when I went to exhale, barely any air came out. So, its basically really bad hyperventilation. Apparently my heart rate was about 160, and I honestly don't know what that means. But they almost had to get an ambulance and rush me to the hospital. Anyway, they took me to their medical station which is like a little motor home, laid me down, put sticking things on me, a finger clamp(monitors the heart also, I think), and an IV into my hand. Which, first the vein popped. So they had to do it twice. Now I have a giant bruise on my hand that looks like I slammed it on a piece of steel a couple times.
I did get better, but because I was underage(c'mon, 15, wtf) I wasn't allowed to go back to the concert. My parents came and took me home.
Now, I wouldn't be so upset if this were just a small tour or one band concert, but it wasn't. Like I said before, 10 bands. I did miss four of them because it takes a while to get to the Post Gazette from USC, and during that time frame getting pulled over by the cops for having an expired car check date, and having to drive back to someones house to transfer to a legally-useful car. But I did have to spend 80 dollars in tickets.
80. ********. Dollars. -slams head on her desk-
Maybe next year. And next time I'll remember to bring my inhaler. And... Next year it would be nice if I had someone else to go with, like, besides my sister and her friend and my sister's friend's boyfriend. It would be funny to see how my friends would react to seeing me when I'm at a concert... Because well... I can be kinda different when I'm at a concert...
I will not hesitate in dancing my a** off. Or headbanging. Or singing as loud as possible to verses that I know. Or moshing. Actually, I can be kinda cool. Lol. xD I NEED TO HANG OUT WITH SOMEONE. D< Someone who will play video games with me for hours. But none of my friends are like that... -sigh-
Ohohoh I can play Mabinogi now, but on other peoples computers, like Minjung's.. And apparently Kayla has it too. I play on Mari, and my character's name is Martyrize. Though I might also make a character on the other server... I think it starts with an R... Because Min and I think Kayla have characters there too. But I'll play on both servers if I do.
Okay.
