My mind is tearing me in two
I don't know what can get me through
the battle wages day and night
my dreams and nightmares fuel the fight
why won't they come true
I belong to you
my heart and mind are in debate
I think i'm seeing pearly gates
i cannot live a life like this
falling into the abyss
inside my mind
what am I to find?
Can't our love just die yet?
was it too strong to not forget?
Here in the darkness my dreams still find
the glimmer of hope to help me survive
my heart still says I belong to you
make my dreams finally come true
you were the one who made me see
how powerful love can truly be
What did I do?
I belonged to you.
