hey guys! sorry it took so long but im ready to write another capter. so here's another one.

CHAPTER 4:

I awoke the next moring thinking that what had happened was all a dream. But, I knew it wasn't because the hat they gave me and the card was still there. I was glad that I'd finally made some friends that didn't use me. I couldn't help but smile. Then my mom walked in.
"Oh honey! I'm so glad to see that you're okay!", my mother exclaimed. I rolled my eyes and laughed as my mother hugged me. She looked at me as if to ask if I was feeling okay. I nodded and explained what had happened yesterday and she could now understand how happy I was. She smiled at me. I asked her what was up.
"You see, now life's giving you something to live for honey!", she exclaimed as she came over and hugged me again. I figured i should let her have her moment since i wouldn't be home for one more day. As the day rolled on, I didn't see the guys or Rose. I wondered if what they'd said to me yesterday was just a joke..... Well, it was just about time for visitors to be going when Rose walked in! I was so relieved to see atleast her. She smiled and sat down.
"So, Jeremy..... Sorry I was so late getting here it's just that i had a couple of things to do," I watched her say nervously. I nodded.
"So, where are the guys?", I asked in hope of getting an answer as to who my friends were or would be.
"Oh yeah. The guys had a lot of chores to do. They couldn't make it, but they wanted me to tell you that they said hi and that they wished you well.", she said to me as a wave just washed away my anxiety. I nodded. Rose and I talked for a few minutes more, enjoying what visiting time we had left. But, those few moments didn't seem long enough for me. The nurse came in to get Rose and i knew i wouldn't see her for another day.
"Bye jeremy. See you soon.", Rose said to me before she left.
"See you at school on Monday.", I said back to her. She nodded and left with the nurse. I could only think of what it would be like when i went back to school on Monday.........
