How many tears must I cry
Before you realize that the love we share isn't a lie?
What do I have to say
Before you will go with me all the way?
How long must I wait for you to fight
For this ever longed for life?
Maybe its time for you not to give in
Some how you will find that you will win
Nothing comes easy in this life
And there will always been some strife
But in the end I hope you know
That even when you feel rather low
That I am not going any where
Even when life seems that its not very fair

Watching what you're going through
I wonder what you feel is really true
Cause if you truly loved me
Than you would fight so that we could be
Free to live our own lives
Even with all the hard strifes
Its not easy to go through this
And I know that life can through you twists
But know that you will always be missed

You came to me in my weakest moments
And I shared with you all of my atonements
Opening my eyes you showed me
Who I was truly meant to be
But watching you like this now
I wonder how
You were the one that became weak
And right now its hard to speak

Watching you sleep
I am feeling rather weak
I want to cry
And there are many reasons why
Hoping that you don't know how you are hurting me
I pray to God and I hope he hears my plea
You say that you love me with all your heart
So now its time that you play your part
Sure there are times that is going to suck
And you will want to give up
Wishing that you won't
I am leaving you this note

Its more of my tears
That I have felt over the years
Written into a peom
Hoping you show that you are not alone
Tired of the pain
I know you are feeling rather lame
But do you see that I am here?
As I cry this one single tear
Laying next to you
I know that you love me too

Now I will leave you with one thought
That it is you that I have sought
Don't give up on you or us
And stop making such a freakin fuss
Don't worry about the what ifs
Or all the stupid stiffs
Take one step at a time
And forget about that one line
Stop kicking yoursellf in the head
Or worrying about that I may turn up dead
I am not going very far
Because I am your shining star

Look to God for the strength
No matter how long the length
For he will guide you every step
Even when you have wept
Have faith in the ones you love
For they are sent to you from above
Now close your eyes and go to sleep
And I hope not to hear a peep
Rest your eyes, your heart and soul
And when it is said and done you will be whole!
