There are two cities (Northern Empire and the Southern Kingdom). The time is set in the future where A quarter of mankind has been wiped out due to a clash when the countries of the world collided with one another creating a new Pangaea. humanity has divided itself between two kingdoms on the newly formed island, due to a misunderstanding between each other.
Well, its a working progress, so Im not entirely done with the story line. Lets say I'm making it up as I go.
