I'm not very good at keeping a journal. xd Oh well.

First off, I can't wait until Wednesday. That's the first marching band rehearsal! I'm really excited. :] Though the person I thought would be my section leader turned out to be one of the Drum Majors (which sucks- he seems awesome, and I wanna get to know him), so now I don't know the person who's gonna be my section leader...I hope they're not mean. :[ I'm worried more about the actual marching, though...I mean, I don't like to sound conceited or anything, but I've always been told that I'm the best when it comes to band stuff...I know that there will be plenty of people better than me now, and I'm scared. D: I can accept it, I just don't really want to... xd

I went to work at a baseball game a week after my birthday (it's for the band fundraiser). Turned out to be a double-header game...not the best to start out with. We were slammed after the first two innings. I got burned. D: When we were done, the band members that were working started talking to me. Megan, a Flute, Jairo, a colorguard member (apparently my sister knows him and his brother, Guido, who was also working), and Jessica, a percussionist. They're all really nice, which reflects the rest of the band members. So that makes me feel better. =D Some of the parents talked to me, too, I think Mrs. Shipley and Mrs. Hilton.

I went to another baseball game on Friday, but not to work. Instead, I hung out with Laura, and we basically walked around the stadium the whole time. xd We bought food from the band, and the creamery stuff they have is awesome. =D Especially the spoons...I kept mine, and Laura and I kept on getting in line to get more. xd I recognized the people running the Creamery. Mark, I think, and Jessica, who my sister also knows. They already know I'm crazy, and we haven't even had our first rehearsal yet. xd

Wow. I'm such a geek, I basically talked about band this whole time. xd Oh well. If I remember to write another entry, I might talk about something else. >_>
