I was reading some of my old journal entries yesterday. I chose to start on my first day of high school, but the first and second days only had one sentence records. Luckily, the third day had a somewhat detailed entry. I like the way it sounded, it just makes me feel so "me". If you know what I mean. You know, one of those times where you wonder how you felt back then. And then you suddenly remember?
I like to remember things. Unfortunately, I'm a rather forgetful person. Not on a general basis, but I tend to forget things that I want to remember. Wonderful things. Happy times. Sad, isn't it?
I was doing my English homework in the library this morning. I was a bit amused when Ms. Lampach said that I'm not allowed to put staplers in myself because I might get hurt. Though I suppose staplers can be used as a weapon. I remember last year when Maurice accidentally shot me with a stapler. It was when me, Jasdeep, Kim, and Shirley were practicing for our final history presentation on the Tulsa Oklahoma Race Riots. That reminds me of a lot of things too. Perhaps I'm not as forgetful as I think?
Simon came over while I was doing my homework and gave me a little lecture on not doing homework in school. I'm not sure if he was serious or not. Strange. But it doesn't matter really. Afterwards, I went back to the cafeteria, and apparently everyone (Judy, Christie, Amy, Qun Li) cracked up when I got there because they were talking about me. I think it was about how I got into Honors Trig when Amy didn't. It was funny. xD Also, I found out today that "Krilly" isn't his name. It's "Qun Li". But somehow it's pronounced similarly I guess.
Second period was okay. We had to write poetry. I guess poems aren't my thing when it isn't freewrite, and when it isn't sad.
Math was boring. Though, on the plus side, we are moving away from Statement/Reason proofs for a while, and we'll be doing more algebraic proofs. Mr. Eng seem to really have a lot of school spirit because he was wearing shirt for tropical day. xD
Lunch was okay. I did my bio homework and then I went to lunch. No one came with me today because everyone had work to do, so I had school lunch for the first time in a while! Pizza yay. ^^ I ate with Amy, Stephanie, and Julie, if I recall her name correctly. Then I went back to the library, and just waited around while everyone worked. Also, me and Priya and Lindah were talking about meeting up over the weekend to go to the Galleria.
Bio was okay. We got into groups (of choice, me, Esther, Cindy, Judy) and worked on ome worksheets. Kidneys. Yay.
Gym was okay. Weight training. Woo.
Global was okay as well. In the beginning of the period, I was jsut talking to Tensae. And we (a lot of people) were looking at this picture about the Holocaust ,on the bulletin board behind my desk, of an emo-looking Ichigo. It was awesome, seriously. And then, we learned about Africa and the spread of Islam.
English was okay. I had actually forgotten there was a test today, but I think I did fine anyway. Or at least okay. I bought a King Sized KitKat from the ghetto truck on the way to the bus stop, and then I was on my way home.
So here I am. ^^
