i thought i would tell you about the book that me and my friend are writing...called the band [obviously ><]
Lily Vancover is a short, nerdy, 18 year old from Canada. She's a typical freshman in college, untile she gets an unexpected call from her ex Steve, a guitarist in the band Suicide on a Satanic Holiday.
Their lead singer Muffy just bailed on them to start a solo career, and they ask Lily to fill in for her. She agrees and is forced to move to San Francisco. The band members are skeptical at first, but they agree that her voice rocks!
After a much needed make-over, she's ready to rock n' roll!!
But...there's one tiny problem...
She's got a MAJOR case of stage fright!!
And if that wasn't enough, Muffy's out to ruin their reputation. Who knows how long Lily can cope with the pressure of being a star!?
