First of all, the best news ever: WE'RE GOING TO STATE!!!! w00t w00t! ^_^ Ones all the way across the board. We were AMAZING. We went through sight reading boot camp for the last two days, and the one for LMEA was child's play. NO intervals whatsoever. It was all stepwise! SIMPLE. I was sitting between Alexis (Disney princess girl) and Martha, so I had a good balance of hearing the two different parts.
I'm sick. REally sick. I felt so awful from the beginning of the religion exam. I thought I was going to throw up, my head hurt, and I just felt sore and icky. It got worse as the day wore on. I felt so awful that I ended up crying over nothing because it was too much to handle sickness plus other stuff. I thought I was going to pass out during the performance. Sight reading was a relief b/c we got to sit ^_^ There were so many of us on the bus that several people had to sit on laps to fit. Becca, Beth and I tried to sit three to a seat, but that didn't work. Becca ended up on my lap. My knees and feet hurt really badly after that, and they were already in pain before. But it was better than being squished into the seat, actually. I came home, took Tylenol, and slept for an hour. I feel much better now, but I'm still a little achy. And District Rally is tomorrow crying
And then there was Queen ^_^ My dad got me a CD, which is now my official car CD ^_^ I was like YEAHHH! What the heck is wrong with the sound on this thing? I keep having to turn it up or down, depending on the song. Oh well, I like the CD.
eww, those super-skinny models freak me out. *shudder* If you had one of them that was as tall as me, they could only weigh maybe 80 or 90 pounds. That's ridiculous. And creepy. They're so worried about being skinny and not gaining weight.
And then there's me, who flips out because I lost weight lol. I need to stop worrying. That's what does it to me. I've learned to ignore Victoria when she teases me a little. How that all started: Victoria called me a "lying stalker" (yea, like I have time to stalk anyone) which became "livestock" and cows are livestock, so cow XP
*dances* Choir's going to staaaaaaaaate ^_^ I just need to check the date b/c it's end of April/beginning of May. And with my luck, it's the 25th. hooooooo, now, it's not! yay ^_^ It's the week of Spring Concert instead stare But we're singing those 3 songs anyway for that. Plus a patriotic song. And other stuff. I want to do Hushabye Mountain. We have the music, so we should! And I love it to death. I shall attempt to exert my little influence as librarian to get that in. lol, this should be interesting.
