And so begins another journal. I always start these things with the intention of keeping them up to date and interesting, but I always forget or lose my password or something. However, I go on gaia quite a bit so there's a very small chance I'll forget.

So, as you may have already guessed, my gaia name is beauri. But in more formal circles I am known as Emily the Magnificent, or just Emmy, either's good. I live in the beautiful *cough* city of Leeds, UK and am holding a gigantic party this summer to celebrate my 15th. Go me! lol.

I have a tendency to only fill diaries in when I'm depressed, so I may sound a bit suicidal at times but I assure you that is not the case; I'm avery happy person really biggrin

Come to think of it, this is a very happy time at the mo, give or take a few things (a few things involving problems with a male). The main reason for my being so jovial is my fantabulous band. The music might not be that fantabulous, but the members are. They is me lead vocalling and pianoing (need I say more?), kirstin on drums who is known as "Getaway" on here. She's rather funny and comes out with the randomist stuff, and she's as stubborn as a mule, "Mule" being her nickname and all. Fliss on bass who is a really great friend to have. And Tocky on guitar. He's sex obsessed and tries to hump my leg on stage in an attempt to distract me. But he's a loveable rogue. Actually, I tell a lie. He's a bit of a tosser but I have to love him cause he's a kick a** guitarist.

We're called "Working with Kenzi" and are incredibly lucky. We've been invited to Portugal by some random portuguese manager and might be performing to UB40 next year! Watch this space people!
