All in all, today was a pretty good day. =) And I haven't had one of those in a while. xD
So, to start off, I got to school at like 7:50ish like usual. And I went up to my locker, and then I went down to the cafeteria. It's become rather usual for me to go down there now. I mean...not that I'm not friends with them anymore, but it feels kind of awkward to go upstairs because often no one is there. Or maybe just a couple of people are there, but this is only based on the past couple of days, so who knows for sure, rite?
In the cafeteria, I was jsut sitting with Amy, while she ate breakfast and did her bio lab. ^^ Judy's bus was a little late, but not too late. She got a new bus driver again apparently too. Lolz, she wasted a lot of minutes on her cell because she's on one of the early bus stops, so everyone kept calling her to find out where the bus was. xD Anyway, I finally finished...for the most part...drawing that picture that's in the back of my Math/Latin/English/WS binder. Apparently all Asians seem to have a talent and love for drawing anime characters. ^^
So, second period. Yup, it was good old Writing Seminar. But, I wasn't in the mood for it as usual. I mean, who would be? For some reason, there's something about the people in Writing Seminar (yes, it's not because mr. lynn had corny jokes in res lit i guess). I mean, there's some funny people, and some entertaining people, but they can rarely make me laugh. I just find them so not entertaining, you know? Weeeerd. Anyway, today we just did some more paragraph revising and whatnot. ^^
Third period was up next, and in it, there was good old Math. We didn't do much. We just did review, which kind of helped me I think. But I actually have the whole proof thing down anyway. And frankly participating on rare occasions seems to satisfy Mr. Eng, because he doesn't seem to pick on me anymore. Hehe, now it's usually Yamato or Judy (who i feel sorry for because she's always sleeping in class and when he was absent she was sitting alone, which you must know i hate to see). Also, at the beginning of class, Amy was telling me about how Annie (Lee) was in one of her classes or was it lunch...and she was really weird. Hehe, Annie loves anime and manga as much as me! ^^ According to Amy she drew her own 50 page manga! ^^ And also, Jenny was showing me a few of her sketches too. =) There's lotza good artists at Bx Sci. ^^
So after that was lunch. I still didn't talk to that kid that always seems to be alone, becuase it seems kind of awkward, but come on! There's gotta be a better way to spend lunch than always working! >< Unless he wants to work all the time, and just doesn't hang out with his friends on purpose? =( Well...anyway, first we were just talking with Fariha, Michelle, and Bushra in the library. And then me and Lindah went to lunch in the cafeteria. I actually ate school lunch today. xD THE LINE WAS LONG. 0_o It took like ten minutes lolz, and usually it closes before that, I bet it's because a lot more people were inside since it was raining...oh wait...it was n't raining yet...well maybe because it was cold? Hehe, so, I got a chicken patty (no bun xD but still good) and those sweet banana thingies, which I like. ^^ And then me and Lindah went out to the ghetto truck, so she could get soup. On the way back in, I felt kind of bad for that kid who scared the squirrel because all those guys that usually play soccer or whatever outside were making fun of him. And it seemed like he thought that they were his friends. =( That's mean...but that's jsut from my standpoint, so I don't know for sure. Anyway, we went inside and I waited for Lindah to finish her soup.
Along came Latin. We didn't get our tests back, which I doubt I ought to be looking forward to so much now. >< We've started learning something new now though. =) We're going into...THE PAST TENSE. xD Oh also, Ms. Rocchio os going to be absent for the next 3 days because she's going to Dallas, Texas. Unfortunately, her friend whose retired and was a Latin teacher at Bx Sci is going to fill in for her as a favor. Lolz...so I'm not sure if I should do the flash cards because this new lady may check even Ms. Rocchio never did. xD
Biology was kool. I definitely seem to learn a lot more with Mr. Davis. ^^ Today we learned about the human respiratory system in comparison to animals' respiratory systems. ^^ Lol he seemed to think my graph was pretty nice so he used it as an example for the class too from one of the labs.
History was pretty nice. We started off with this thingy where you would arrange categories of info. on the chalboard into subcategories. And then we watched this video about Christian life and how indulgences occured. Those so called priests and popes sure did make it convincing. 0_o And after that me and Salma were just talking about anime. We both love OHSHC and Fruits Basket. ^^ I love Honey and Momiji!!! ^^ I think I may read the manga too soon. =)
English was kool. =) We read through good phrases out of people's neighborhood essays after we handed in dtuff n stuff and got our new books. Now we're going to be reading A Tree in Brooklyn...or something like that. At the end we just had the first speak, first read thingy again.
Then I actually went to anime club for the first time in a while. I don't know why Alexa wasn't there even though she actually told me to go today and yesterday. xD The others didn't know why she wasn't there either, so I guess something came up for her. Anyway, we saw Princess Mononoke today. At first I was kind of bored because only like 6 people showed up and like no one else was there like Hera, Mary, Alexa, or Stevaly or Michelle or anyone, so I was just trying to get my book done since I had to read Chapter one today for English and write a couple of paragraph. There was a problem with the DVD at first, so I got some reading in, but it did work after a while. Gina also came today.
Anime club was kool. I actually met a new person. ^^ And you must know by now, that I love meeting new people. =) So Geoffrey (tall brown dude with glasses) just started talking to me while I was reading, and he's a pretty kool guy. =) Apparently, he's holding something in his locker for Martina (whose the girl with the short brownish black hair and glasses that usually plays videogames which we dont seem to anymore for some reason by the way) in his locker that he REELY wants to give back to her cuz it takes up too much space. xD
Hehe, funny thing happened in anime club too. We were playing around and Gina, who I didn't even recognize at first in the pony tail xD) took my wallet, and I was like, "Oh watch, you're gonna forget to give it back to me." And guess what? We both forgot lol. So I ended up running down the hall after her with my coat, not my bag once I realized, but I didn't see her. I thought she's left so I started running and jumping down the stairs. I saw Emran on the second floor with his friend so I told him to wait for me just incase I didn't get my wallet, and he told me to wait outside where the Queens buses come, so went there, and I didn't see Gina so I ran back inside to get my bag. That dude with the blonde hair (you know sometimes beings in anime DVDs and Geoffrey were waiting there since i had left my bag). So I got my stuff and then I went back out.
I was looking for Emran outside, but I couldn't see him. And I thought I saw Gina, who had my wallet, but it was actually Jennifer, who you would think I know since we apparently met in JPC and since we're in the same WS class and the same group. 0_o So I was just standing there talking to her and her friend Barel (cant spell it xD). He['s a pretty kool dude too. ^^ Apparently, we all seem to share a love for anime. He actually said that he collects Yu-Gi-Oh cards still and sells them. xD And we were just talking about our first animes and stuff like Sailor Moon and DBZ and stuff like that.
So after that, I actually noticed that Emran had been there all along but I didn't see him because he was in the middle of a circle crowded by his friends. Oh by the way, it was raining all this time and my coat got soaked, and I had to constantly wipe my glasses. I thought it would be kind of awkward to jsut go up to Emran since all his friends were there, but it was okay. I just tapped and said I wanted to leave, but then who should come along, but Gina lolz. ^^ And she just told me to go into her bag and get my wallet. =) Lolz, I guess she never left the building after leaving anime club since she came out after me or maybe she was looking for me, I don't really know.
So, all in all, I had some fun today. I wasn't really worried about losing my wallet like I was the first time. In fact, I wasn't even mad or irritated, it was all fine. ^^ I also met a couple of new people which was nice. =) And I got to go to anime club after so long, and I think it would be quiet evenings like this one that I'm sure to remember. ^^
