Well, I think I'm getting over my cold. I've taken advantage of being stuck in the house to write some fiction, and I'm sending it in to some contests! We'll see what happens.

I feel mostly better, and I think I'll be well enough to resume my daily walks, though I may not go all the way to town tomorrow. Maybe just to the pond or something. I know that the cat is very much eager to be out of doors and frolicking again. Luckily, he was kindly quiet and sweet while I was sick.
