Well, I'd love to go on about how wonderful yesterday was, but I'm not in the mood, and I don't have too much spare time either. Well, actually I do, but I want to use my spare time with manga. xD So, anyway, today was kinda sorta okay. I was reading Howl's Moving Castle for quite a bit of the day. In the morning, I actually met this girl at the 28 stop who probably figured I was from Bronx Science, since it was on my bag. xD So she just started talking to me. I didn't ask for her name, hehe, but I don't think she's a freshman. I'm guessing she lives around there too, but she told me that she takes the 30 to the 10 because the 28 is slow and overcrowded. I can't say that the 28 is all that slow, but it is DEFINITELY overcrowded. >< And what should I step rite into, but a SUPER PACKED 28 bus. xP And so, I ended up in school.
I just went straight to my locker, and then I went to the second floor. I probably would have gone to where Amy Judy and Christie were, but I wasn't in the mood for talking to anyone. I really wanted to read that morning. Seriously, that book was awesome. I HAVE GOT TO HAVE THE MOVIE. Anyway, I kind of miss seeing Oladoyin first period in the morning...it's a bit different, I suppose.
So eventually, I ended up in Writing Seminar, where we finished up our letters about our partners. It was okay. =)
Then, there was Math. I'm starting to get the whole statement reason crap here, but I still find this theorem stuff pointless. -___- I mean come on now. It is what it is. Why? BECAUSE IT JUST IS! GET OVER IT!
Lunch was kool. I went to the library in the back as usual, where Fariha was. Lindah met me there too, and then I had to go tothe bathroom. Then, we went out tot he ghetto truck. I'm not sure where everyone who usually hang out by the windows were becuase Priya couldn't find them, and neither could Nina. Strange. Usually, someone's there. Anyway, I got a bagel of course, and then we went back. Though we did come back later so Lindah could get a drink. xD And, she finally has enough money to buy two nexon cards for Maplestory. -___- Talk about a waste of 20 bux. xP Lolz. So blah...hehe.
Latin was kool, seeing as Ms. Rocchio was absent. ^^ So, I was just talking with Bushra and Rahima in the auditorium. We were working on the Latin stuff Ms. Rocchio had passed out, and then I was reading more of Howl's Moving Castle. ^^
Biology was fine. We didn't get arranged seats yet, so it's still me, Esther, Judy, and Cindy. =) And I have to agree with Esther, Mr. Davis definitely isn't boring like Ms. Wolin. xD Though, Ms. Wolin was very nice. And I don't mean just nice, I mean Ms. Buchner kind of nice. =) We had double bio, and we just learned about pathogens (causes of infectious diseases) today.
So next up was History. Trust me, I was back to drawing anime eyes and squares on my binder, since I WAS SO BORED. >< We learned more about the Black Death. It is a rather interesting question upon how people would handle a plague nowadays, wouldn't you say?
English was nice. We did a worksheet on Farewell to Manzanar. =) OMG. We had so much writing (we didn't even have to write everything, but i tried to as did some others), and let me tell you, byt he time I was in NYMYL, my hand was STILL CRAMPED. Amy and Michelle didn't come to NYMYL today. It was same as usual. HARD. I got 3/6 right again. And I think Emran got 5/6. So same old same old. You would think I would ahve known that integral meant integer. xD
So after that, I went to anime club, and saw part of Ghost in a Shell: Stand Alone Complex (the movie). Then, I really had to use the bathrrom, so I went, and then I figured I might as well go home. So that was that. And I finished Howl's Moving Castle! ^^ Who woulod have thought lolz. Sophie and Howl really are the oddest couple. xD I really want to see the movie!
Anyway, I watched the end halfd of Zoey 101 that I missed a couple of weeks ago, and I started my math hw, which I've put off for now, since I finished volume 2 of Tenshi Ja Nai. Anyway...this took quite a while more than I thought to type. Hmm...I think I'm starting to sound like Sophie. xD
Anyway, off to do stuff! ^^
Oh yeah, I just remembered that yesterday was Elective Day. It was okay. I went to check out stuff with Lindah, and I may go for computer programming, but I think I'm going to take Japanese instead. And regardless of what Emran says, this is something I actually want to take, thinking off careers for a moment, so I probably will. And I was mistaken before, I wouldn have 1 free instead of 2 because Health is a junior class, so that's fine anyway. I won't fill in my lunch period, but oh well. I would rather take Japanses than have a free. *sigh* Maybe being a world travelling linguist isn't such a bad idea. xD Lolz.
