I'm still warping my mind around this one... waiting patiently for my 18th birthday (Wow, 18! I can't even believe it!! X3), but waiting impatiently for graduation. In May I'll be able to walk across that stage, swipe my diploma and give everyone a big hug for keeping me forward for the 14 years I've been at school (including Pre-K and Kindergarten) or... whenever I met my friends. It's almost the end of the semester (got one more month to go~!!) and doing well in my classes, thank goodness. finally got a B in Spanish, so this is making me happy; going from a 73 to an 81 in 4.5 weeks. Hooshaa~!!
But what's also almost here is the end of Georgia; in case you haven't heard, we've had a serious drought problem, and because it hasn't seriously rained in forever, by Christmas we're gonna be out of water. Atlanta schools ended up having a week off, seeing if any students were moving out of town, and Athens is having a serious ban from anything right now. No watering plants, no washing cars, the works. Which means... the car washes are still up and running for business??? Does that honesty make sense?
Howard and I had a huge argument over it for awhile now, and it looks like I was right (in a way he was right; this is how screwed up our government is). He kept going over and over saying "It's business man, they need their money." and I ended up saying "Dude, there are gonna be a lot more business doing down if this drought continues." So (from what I remember) they're gonna take down the big industries, then smaller ones like the school district, then houses and lastly hospitals.
America has been waiting for this, apparently. The west side of America already know how to deal with droughts and the Northeast side deals with hails and snow storms, so it's not much of a concern to them. The Southeast? Theyve been wasting mundo water, and America right now? They're saying "Yeah well, that's what you get for wastingf water. You can't handle a drought because you waste water even during a drought. And. It. Sucks. I didn't intend on staying in Atlnta my whole life, but it everything works out, I'll be staying here for another 5 years top finish my education. My family is moving to North Carolina soon, so there we have it. Other than my grandmother, I am kinda alone here.
Guess what's also almost here? Fal-chan's birthday. Even though it's in January, I wonder what I should get her? Make some mental notes, I suppose. XD! And guess what?
