Since I got braces, I got my headgear.
Basically its just this thing you wear so it pulls your front teeth back.
I have to wear it constantly, after school, sleeping, etc. I can't wear it at school, and I wouldn't want too &&
I'm wearing it right now. It kinda feels good xD
