Every year the city of Memphis, TN has a fair....The Mid-South Fair.
It's the biggest highlight of the fall season and every fair week during the school year, the fair holds concerts featuring a veries of musical artist old school and new school and I like it.
Basically in the heart of the city on the same grounds that the fair is held on use to be one amusement park called "LibertyLand" and it was the talk of the city, but now it still is because due to the lack of response, they closed it down and sold half of the rides there all expcept the grand carsouel and the zipping pippin and believe it or not the pippin is Elvis' favorite ride and besides how can you sell a rollercoster made of wood to another fair anyway.
I don't know how long the park will stay closed, but I wished it did stay open cause it was only good source of weekend fun we had here.
