Like my friend Katie did in her journal, I'd like to type down things I've learned in each of my classes. Well, here you go:
Band: All band directors are short, bald men. No offense, Mr. Tredway. I had to learn the hard way.
Geography: You shouldn't all ways judge from first impressions. Though someone may seem mean at first, they can turn out really, really nice. Also had to learn the hard way.
Pre-Algebra: Math ******** sucks.
Gym: You should greet new students and make them feel welcome! They can turn out to be really good friends. And don't piss off sweaty guys with shorts and whistles. They're scary. DX
Language Arts: Advanced class or not, classmates can be freaking idiots. You may feel like you're the only person in there with an ounce of sanity, other than the teacher. Since you're usually quiet, use this period to do whatever you please, as long as it has to do with either paper or a pencil. Draw or write something. Like fan fiction, or something.
Other things I have learned:
- Almost every "anime" fan thinks only Fruits Basket and DNAngel exist. (I love Fruits Basket, though. ^^)
- Mr. McElroy knows who Roy Mustang is.
- The Nightmare Before Christmas is the In thing, even if it is a Disney movie. I have yet to watch it.
- It sucks having your older brother go to the same school as you.
- Something out there is sucking people of their self-esteem.
- Gravitation is a fun thing to get people into.
- Hardly anyone obsessed over minor characters.
- Hamburgers don't have to be made of meat to be called hamburgers.
- People that look like you probably have the same interests as you, too (me and Tiffany are SO FREAKING ALIKE. It's kinda creepy, actually).
On a different subject, I saw Star Wars today and bought the ninth volume of Fruits Basket! Yoda is a total pimp, man. And you gotta dig his shorts. And Shigure's a slut.

(Oh, and Dottie. Kaitlin is the one who told me~! biggrin DD On the phone. Loudly. She said she would send a complaint letter to the dudes at the station. Apparently, it's on Monday through Wendesday now, and they started the series over again. I don't mind, actually. I'd like to see Hughes die for a second time. surprised )
