my grandfather died and was cremated...my family is going to put him in a mausoleum and is holding the service on friday...i PROMISED my grandmother that id write a poem....i want this poem to be unforgettable
so here goes...

"Sunshine"

'You are my sunshine',
The song you could play so well,
but now, every time I hear that song,
My heart begins to swell.

A father, a husband,
And a great friend, too.
The day the sun dies,
Is the day we'll forget you.

You and the sun,
Are so much the same.
Both are stars,
And everyone should know their name.

So let me sing to you,
and all can join in.
The song that warms my heart,
And sends tears to my chin...

"You are my sunshine,
My only sunshine.
You make me happy,
When skies are gray.
You never know dear,
How much I love you.
So please don't take
My sunshine away."
