So my parakeet, Ralphie died today...It's been a little hard for me today seeing as he trusted me enough to eat seed out of me hand once or twice..It's special cause a bird's trust is a hard thing to earn..Almost 2 years ago my cat and my dog knocked his cage off my nighstand, and he was always afraid of people since that day..He suddenly got some kind of tumor on his back near his tail and suddenly became very ill, vomiting all the time..Very weak..He was having trouble breathing for only an hour or two before he died..Poor thing. I suppose at least he's out of his misery now. Going to be burried int he morning in my backyard. sad
