The Hakira Clan
The Hakira clan resides inside of Konohagakure with their own district. They are a quite and young clan with no history of war. They have a library that is filled with books of fire, thunder, and summoning jutsus and the history of dragons along with the secrets of their Kekai Genkai and how the clan was created. They specialize in fire and thunder style jutsu techniques and summoning dragons to fight with them. They are also very skilled in taijutsu and the art of combat with a sword. Most clan members tend to fight with a sword or any type of other blade, but if need be they'll use a lot of fire and thunder techniques to win or survive. Most if not all clan members tend to wear a lot of black and always carries a blade with them. The members of the clan usually don't wear their clan banner on their clothing because its tattooed to their left arm at the age of five giving that person the clans Kekai Genkai.
Kekai Genkai:
At the age of five the clan member is giving a tattoo at is marked on there left arm, with a special ink, in the form of a dragon to awaken the Kakai Genkai within that member a giving the power to control it. The dragon tattoo is permanently mark on the member for life, with no change of getting it removed, but as the years go by and the clan member get stronger so goes the Kakai Genkai. As the clan member becomes stronger and ages the tattoo also ages and changes. The dragon tattoo will become surround by a circle, that's been divided into three parts, once that person reaches the highest level of the Kakai Genkai. The Kakai Genkai allows the user a high level of chakra and a higher rank of fire and thunder style techniques also giving them the ability to summon dragons in battle. Finally what the Kakai Genkai is most famous for is the ability to mimic parts a dragon such as: wings, claws, a tail, fangs, scales, and horns. This ability lets the user mold their chakra outside their body into those parts of a dragon, but as a flaw the mimicking ability takes up a lot of the users chakra leaving them exhausted after awards.
Receiving the tattoo:
At the age of five the clan member is marked with a tattoo of a dragon with special ink that awakens the Kakai Genkai with the clan member. Followed by the awakening of the Kakai Gankai the user gets a small chakra boost giving him/her more chakra then most kids at their age. Also they learn who to use fire and thunder style techniques at the ranks of D-C, but as a draw back they can only use those two elements of chakra.
Level 1:
The user gets a better chakra boost and get his/her fire and thunder justu ranks boosted to C-B. Also this level allows the user the ability to mold their chakra to mimic two parts of a dragon, the fangs and claws. But as another draw back the user can only hold the mimic for about 5-10 minutes.
Level 2:
The user gets a much more higher chakra boost and his/her fire and thunder style jutsu ranks can be as high as ranks B-A. Also he/she can mimic two more parts of a dragon, the wings and horns and hold the mimic to about 30 minutes to an hour also is allowed to sign their name on the dragon summoning scroll and is able to summon a dragon in combat.
Level 3:
The users charka is now boost to a much more high rank then that of a Joinin and about that of a Hokage. The fire and thunder style jutsu ranks in the A-S ranks. Also this allows them to mimic the two finally pieces of a dragon, the scales and tail and allowing them to hold the mimic for about two hours.
