Silent, yet frightening nights... |

I rarely sleep at night these days... Usually, I always cry, have nightmares, or both. Also, I have very bad insomnia, and I'm a VERY light sleeper, so it's kind of tough not to wake up in the middle of the night if a little noise like my gerbils playing on their wheels at 12:00 pm. Well, let's get started with nightmares. After doing a little research on dreams, I found that at at least 99% of your dreams are caused by what's going on in your life, AKA: big events, day's memories, etc. well, mine are always otherwise. You see, I have a phobia of blood, bugs, small, dark spaces, and everyone's 'favorite', hieghts. Well, many of my nightmares involve those things either separately, or all together. YOu can imagine how horrible they are, can't you? Now, on to my insomnia. I'm a tad bit too preoccupied almost every single day (okay, not just a 'tad', and to add to that, I'm also depressed. That is why I either cry or just wake up in the middle of the night 'cause I can't sleep. What does depression have to do with anything? Good question. Depression is the emotions when a person is extremely sad, 'emo' as many of you people like to call it, and also quite suicidal. Well, I'm noit suicidal, but I am depressed. Depression can affect people in different ways, mostly affecting them during their favorite things to do (past-times, hobbies, etc.), which in my case, is sleeping and being lazy. So, I'm just going to ask this... Who else has sleeping problems? neutral
