She loved him so very much ( i hope you have a lot of time its kinda long)
He was so sick of trying to get her to love him
He was absolutely crazy about her
She was always there for him
And so hard to get over
He left her a voicemail
And told her he still loved her
And that he was leaving to another town
He wasn't sure how long for
He drove along for about an hour
Heard his cell phone beep
And picked it up without doubt
It was her calling him, to beg him not to leave
"Please dont go" she said softly
he breathed in heavily and sighed
"I really need to get over you
I've tried and tried and tried"
"but I'll miss you too much"
The girl started to cry
He slowed his car down
And asked her why
"I dont get why you're leaving,
We've been through a lot
I thought you didnt love me
I guess I just forgot"
He took a moment to think
And breathed into the phone
"We're just friends
And I really need to go"
"NO! Please dont"
She started to cry harder
He pulled his car over
And asked "Ok. What's the matter?"
"I love you too"
She whispered sweet but loud
Thats all he really needed to hear
To turn his car around.
"You do?" he asked slowly
Maybe she was playing a trick
Maybe she only said it
Just to watch him tick
But deep down he knew she wouldnt do that
She was too sweet of a girl
How could he even think that
She had always given him the world
He made his way to her house
As quickly as he could
Maybe she would be there
He really hoped she would.
He pulled into the driveway
And spotted her by the front door
He walked up to his love
And smiled at her
"I'm sorry." She whispered.
"I'm sorry I lied."
I just didnt want to get hurt
I hate to cry"
"Its ok. I know how it is."
He said back to her.
"I need to ask this again,
Us being friends, is that really over?"
She smiled back with her beautiful eyes
He knew she was the one
How could he have been so clueless?
She loved him all along

I write poems and random thoughts here
lust, greed, glutony, and sloth these are four of the seven deadly sins yet quiet a few people fill these emotions daily and over half of the people that do fill it give in.
