Knife in hand.
Breathing slow.
Pull the knife.
Watch the show.
Warm and thick.
It makes you sick.
Across the other.
Now watch them bleed.
Swirling,twilirling,
Down your hand.
Free from your body.
Free from your hand.
Sweet and tender.
You beg the mender.
Across your neck.
Now you're dead.
Cuts that heal and cuts that won't.
Cuts deep and cuts shallow.
Cuts are cuts no matter how.
Cuts are scars from your traumas.
Cuts are how you keep track of things.
Cuts bleed and cuts seep.
Cuts drowned in blood.
Cuts drowned in tears.
Never again will you breathe.
Those cuts were too deep.

- Thank you for the comments. I know a lot of people who cut themselves and when I do it makes me feel like I am myself again but I know some kids who hate that they cut themselves but can't seem to stop. This peom goes out to all the kids who are ashamed of who you are. You should never be afraid or ashamed of who you are or what you do.

- .. I use to cut myself. I do sometimes.. But I hate to show it. I think I'll try to see someone who can help...

- Thank you and this peom is for the people that DO cut themselves. This means that there is no reason to be ashamed. A lot of people do it and I will admit that I do to. It makes me who I am.
