This is Alhana Starbreeze, Princess of the Silvanesti Elves and daughter of the Speaker of the Stars, based off the Dragons of a Winter Night Book 2
She is said to have midnight dark hair and eyes and skin as pale as the moon's light.
Happy, here, this may be what the great knight Sturm Brightblade saw in her or it may be a younger version of her during a happier time (elves take forever to age, so it could be a possibility. :P)
