Ow ow ow. Getting your knee kicked from the front doesn't feel good. It was still twinging after 2nd period. It really hurt when it happened, so much s that it took me awhile to recover enough to stand back up. Though a small part of that was me trying to make sure I wasn't going to cry. And if we ever go to the library for english again, I'm seriously going to protest. I cannot stand having to sit by myself. And after, Niocle was like "well, why didn't you just come sit with us?" Hmm, let's see... And I don't have a topic, so yet again, I'm behind. And the teacher comment from that class is "doing excellent work". In what way am I doing excellent work? Um, I don't catch on to what's going on half the time. "My Last Duchess" ...um, I definitely didn't get that the guy supposedly murdered the lady.
If I wasn't going to miss so much school already, I would want to just not go to school sometime in April. Just for a day. But I'm already missing 2 days, plus the 2 classes I missed today. No way I can skip school, even if I get sick! I miss and suddenly I'm waaaaaaaaay behind.
Well, anyway, choir isn't going to state. We got a 2, a 1, and a 2, meaning a 2 for concert, but we got a 1 for sightreading! Beth and I were the only two people picked up straight from UNO. I saw Kyle, and got to see Brother Martin perform! OMG, it's awesome to hear guys sing...oh, that reminds me. Okee, so quite a while back (a year ago, actually), I had written a song/poem, whatever, called "Blood of the Innocents" Dreadful title, but that came into my head. Anyway, in one of the songs BM sang, "Children's Prayer" I believe was the title, one of the lines was "Blood of the innocents on their hands." I was already on the brink of crying, the song was so sad, but that put me over the teetering edge of tears. It was a really haunting song, though.
What I really hate is that I was twitchy today. ANd when I get twitchy, I usually end up ticked off because I really just do stupid things, but I tend to blame it on other people until I de-twitch-ify. ie, I was royally ticked off at myself for my near-run-in with the wall when we were going to the library. I jumped from one side of the hall to another. You know, it's not really fair. I do that, and people should be considerate of the fact that I will basically jump as far away as I possibly can, initially. It's a reflex action. I didn't think about it, it just happened.
I need to go look over some science, cuz I have to make a quiz up Monday, probably ^^;;; And I'm probably not getting back online because there's nothing to do and there's some good TV tonight, I believe. Or I can watch a movie, which I haven't done for awhile.
"No, no, ha!"
