Managed to sleep a lot during these 2 days off. The birthday party at my aunt's house was pretty swell. Too bad my cousins all went to Europe, but hey, at least that meant more food for us, right?
Played a lot of Paper Mario on the GC. That game is really twisted, or perfectly normal, depending, of course, on the intake of hallucilogenic mushrooms prior and/or during gameplay. Guess I'm about to finish it. Too bad it tends to be so darn hard to level up starting at lvl 28. Only bosses or getting your butt nailed in the Pit of 100 Trials gives any significant XP.
No gaming session this time. No one came to my own adventure on Saturday and Misho's got cancelled due to people forgetting about it/prior engagements/sickness and of course, it doesn't help that the Game Master had to do tons of homework that day as well.
Saw the 8bit movie on the dangers of D&D. It's hilarious... "I cast Magic Missile at the darkness!"
Now, got to get back to work. Lot's of chats need to get reviewed and I can't let sleep get the better of me tonight. Tomorrow, I'll see what my buddies think of going on a 3 day trip to the mountain cabin at the end of the year. Do a little cleaning up, and dozing off to the chimney and getting a bit of fresh air.
