My P.S.E. teacher gave me a letter saying that I have been invited to go to Suffolk College for 2 days and Essex Univeristy for 1 day. I returned the slip saying that I'm allowed to go, on the next day as soon as possible at break time.
Yesterday I noticed that I had information about how was I going to go to the Suffolk College, I decided to ask my P.S.E. teacher after the P.S.E. lesson, however I forgot. Later that night I decided to just go to school ask teachers about the trip, but it was too late.
This morning I asked my form teacher about the trip, she didn't know anything about it, so I asked her if I can ask my P.S.E. teacher. My friend offerec to come help look for my P.S.E teacher. We couldn't find her in her class room, so we decided to go the the staff room. When we were heading there, we bumped into our head of year. She asked us
"Why are you two out of class?"
"We need to see Miss Rogers", ((Miss Rogers is our P.S.E teacher))
"Miss Rogers is not at school today, she is on the Suffolk College trip...Julie...weren't you suppose to be there?", she replied
"Yeah, but I didn't know where was I suppose to meet."
"You are suppose to be at the college now....go wait in my office"
I went to her office, my friend went to the first lesson, since the bell rang. My head of year came back after a few mins.
"Okay, Julie. You were suppose to be in the Suffolk College already. I checked the list if you were on the trip, but your name isn't there. However, I do remember Miss Rogers saying that you were the 13th person to return you permission slip", she said.
"I didn't know we were suppose to meet up at the college, also my dad won't be able to drive me there, because he didn't know about it and he's asleep!", I said.
"Do you want me to take Julie to the college?", asked Miss Jocelyn ((my head of year's half sister is also a teacher))
"Hmm...I'll go ask Miss Rogers about the trip tonight, and if she says you're allowed to go Julie I will drive you up to Suffolk college tomorrow morning, okay?", my head of year said.
So I agreed and left her office.
So now I have missed 1 day of spending my time doing activities in the college, so I had to spend my day doing work, GREAT! rolleyes I regretted on forgetting about asking Miss Rogers about the trip so much. I was nearly in tears in the first lesson because I missed 1 day of my 3 day trip to a college twice and a uni once. crying
All day I was feeling very unhappy and depressed stare
