Hey, everyone. So, I just posted an entry in my journal titled "Short Story #1". If you guys want, feel free to read it, although, it's not very great. As I mentioned in the pre-read, I'm not accustomed to that genre, but it's what popped into my head!
So, if you guys think I should work on something more solid and defined, let me know.
I'm better with fantasies than anything else, but who knows? Maybe it's time to change it up a bit.

So, perhaps I'll find a new interest in this kind of genre. But... seeing as how well i did in that piece, probably not gonna happen. Anyway, I'd love reviews, so if you guys want, leave a comment (I'll accept hate comments, too)!
In the meantime, I think I have an ear infection. My left ear's been killing me and it swelled up so that I couldn't hear out of it, but I haven't found the time to see a doctor about it. I dunno what could have caused it or how to treat it, but the swelling comes and goes as it pleases. I've almost gotten used to it these past few days. The pain never leaves, though.
So, I'll see if I can't get that taken care of. Also, I've been cleaning up the house a ton. 23 cats and six dogs are currently inside my house, along with a baby goose and a baby turkey and a turtle. So, it's really difficult to keep things in pristine condition. My vacuum is broken, too, so I've had to sweep the carpet with all the strength I can muster. I swear, I must have swept up at least 40 cats worth of fur by now.
I also made an omelette and an angel food cake. I've been tapping into my baker's side this week. I ran a mile, too. Honestly, I think it's just because I'm so bored these days. I really need school in my life, lest I become a house keeper for a living.
Anyway, I think that's all that's really happened. I'll let you guys know if there's anything else going on. Be sure to let me know how you feel about an ongoing-story. Maybe I can make weekly updates.
