Last night I had a horrible nightmare... Its been a LONG time since I've had one...
I'll try my best to describe it. It rattles my brain to even think about it...
{Scene: I was riding a 'bullet bike'. Most likely a Yamaha/yellow. Parking in a Mall parking lot.}
I got off my bike, took my helmet off. And started walking into the mall. A bunch of guys whistled at me, saying stuff like; "Nice bike sweetie, wanna take me once around the block." "Where's your guy that drives that nice bike." stuff like that. I ignored them of course and went on in.
I remember sitting down on a bench, setting all my stuff down. Then, suddenly, the whole theme changed on me. I was back outside trying to get over a fence. Once I got over the fence, I was in a huge dog park. I walked around looking for an exit. And tried to get back to the mall to get my bike. I couldn't find an exit... I started getting nervous... Then some random blonde girl helped me out. She gave me a ride back to the mall. I said thanks, and she left. When I turned around, I was disappointed... It wasn't the mall... I was back to that huge wall. But this time I was outside of it. The highway was right behind me... I started to run with the wall, waiting for it to open up to the mall... I never found it...
I had a horrible feeling in my stomach. I had terrible thoughts. 'What if I couldn't get back to my bike?' 'What if someone took it?' What's with this ongoing wall?' I was overflowing with soaring words... I got down on my knees, looking at the sidewalk... I was getting nervous... -beep-beep- I looked up. And there was my best guy friend Brendon in his Jeep. I was so happy to see him! He got out quickly and helped me into his Jeep. I told him where I needed to go. And so, we were on our way. For some reason my eyes started getting heavy and my min started going black... Soon enough I passed out. Next thing I knew, I jerked myself awake with Brendon's arm behind my head. "Where am I! I mean...-cough- Where are we?" I asked him. He didn't reply. I looked out beyond the windshield, and there, we were driving on a snow-filled road. I started to panic. "This...this isn't that mall...?"
I looked over at Brendon, but he kept his face on the road. I looked back forward, we went through this futuristic white/metallic tunnel. We stopped at the end, where a huge glass gate was blocking us. A green transparent light lit on the right side of the glass, opening it slowly. Brendon pulled through, and drove up to a gigantic metal building. He got out, and walked in front of the Jeep greeting a military looking officer. -My passenger door opened, and a trooper grabbed my arm and pulled me out- He drug me in front of the officer Brendon was talking to. "Is this the girl the unit has been looking for General?" The Trooper asked. The General gave me a stern look, tipped his head, and continued to look at Brendon. The Trooper dragged me away. "Brendon! Brendon what's going on! Help me please! BRENDON!!" I screamed. He didn't look at me... I started to shed a tear and hyperventilating... This definitely was not good. The Trooper took me into an all glass room, threw me in there, locked the door, and left...
I stayed in there for a few hours it seemed like...I was wondering about everything that just happened. And what would become of the future... I sat in a corner all that time and eventually fell asleep. When I woke, I was in a totally different room. It was filled with ice. It wasn't cold or anything. It was just there. I stood up and touched every wall, looking for the door. There wasn't one... I was trapped... I started getting furious, made, felt like my body was heated. I wanted out of here! I closed my eyes and screamed at the top of my lungs. That moment, the ice shattered/glass. I looked up and there was a whole empty building surrounding me. I stepped across the ice, and walked on cement. I looked around, no one was there. Then I heard something outside. I ran for the door, I saw a lock, but I didn't care. I busted the door open. Once I was outside, I was in a dark world...
It was night time. Everyone was running, screaming, packing stuff up. I couldn't believe it. I quickly saw my friends and ran to then full speed! Hugging them tightly so they wouldn't go. It was all the guys, Calem, Brandon, Triston, and even Brendon. But when I looked up to each of them, they were wide eyed and scared to death. Once I looked around...lava was coming out of the ground, meteors were giant fire balls coming from the sky... It was the end of the world.... Calem grabbed me and we all started running. A meteor flew by our heads, exploding in front of us with a huge BOOM. Another went into the distance, but was a lot bigger, exploding even larger... All the screams and terror I felt, turned my insides out...I felt faint, wanting to go back to that solitude of ice. Suddenly Calem tackled me to the ground, and the guys followed, dog-piling me. I saw why...A ginormous meteor flew over us, making a huge burst of dust and flames. Our skin was stung by the fiery ash. I couldn't take this anymore...
I stood up, and screamed to the sky. Furious with all the death and destruction. I felt the power of strength, flight, something far greater than the universe itself. I was ready to defend. The next meteor that came, I flew as fast as lightning to it, grabbed it, slowed it down, and landed hard on the ground. I was so shocked! I had the power to save my friends. After that I kept going after each meteor that came from the darkness. Bigger and bigger they came. I also had an idea of using the meteors to cover up the lava flows. It worked!
But after that, everything went blank... I don't know if I saved everyone. Or if the guys accepted me. It left me blackened... That's my fear...Darkness, non-acceptance, losing my close friends, being alone...
