Its been three days since the meeting with the vmapire council and, thankfully it hadnt been a complete and total failure. The council was angry that the vampire king had decided to postpone any dealings with the animal clanns. And all that to his new little "pet" as the council had reffered to her out of the Kings reach.
"Hmph" Aoi let out a breath putting down the book she was reading on vampire laws.
"is something the matter?" Eden the previouse and one of the only other hybrids to have survived asked.
Aoi looked up at her, "No, just the fact that I want to shredd the council in to little tinny pieces and feed them to a bunch pof pirahnas." Aoi replied causing Eden to chuckle.
"I know what you mean, Ive been in that state of mind more than once. And not all vampires are bad you know" Eden said receiving a funny face from Aoi. Eden laughed once more "what dont look at me like that. Its true, sure a bunch of them can got rot in theire own....where the sun dont shine" Eden changed her snetance, "but Ive met a couple who can be quite..tolerable, tho the majority are nothing more that loads of caca""I can hear every single word youre saying." Arion said anoyed from the other side of the cell door. Both Eden and Aoi stuck out theyre tongues at him.
"Its true." Eden said turning around facing away from Aoi.
"I still dont know why you tolerate them. Especialy when they hold you here like more than a pet then me." Aoi said bothered before hearing something clatter onto her mirror table. When she looked up Eden was glaring at her and walked towards the cell door. "I respect you for what have been able to do and for the fact that you are able to manipulate the vampires from the inside. But just because im here chained like a so called 'pet' doesnt mean that I am one unlike you I have nothing tlo proctect so I am able to fight the leech freely. Sure I am not able to use my abilities with this-" Eden said as she flicked the metal cuff around her neck "around my neck. but I can still rip off his arms with my own two arms if he tries making me into a blood slave." with that Eden waited for Arion to open the door.
Aoi sat quietly as she saw what was now laying on her mirroor stand. Nice cleaned polished and looking very beautiful lay Rapture, her mothers sword. Getting up was a hasle with her 'new wardrobe' the big puffy dress making it hard for her to stand up and the heals adding to the incomidity. Walking to the mirror stand Aoi put her hand on Rapture and caring caresed the sword that had once been given to her by her mother. Her eyesight became hazy and unclear as tears began to fill them. How had she been able to get a hold of this? And why would she bring it to her. the tears began falling. Aoi ground her teeth in anger as she began thinking how often she has been crying since her transition. Picking up the sword she held it n her arms with longing for her family, kneeling down she let the tears fall not caring that Arion was on the other side.
"Eden was completly abandoned by her family, years before you where even born. The fact that her clann gave her to the King the moment she was bitten made her, less interesting, to the King. She grew up with no love and respect. Yet she herself was meant to be a kind soul and always has been. The war that happend years before you where even conceived., was a war against her own clann but the others got involved when they found out the Hybrid was involved. And even after that when she had her parents, and clann leader under her power, she could have killed them with one strike, instead " I forgive you" were her last words with tears in her eyes she turned from them and aimed her blade at the King after trying to strike him down and failing she stabbed herself through her chest in an attempt to end it all. But the King decided a better punishment was to make her live and suffer the knowledge that she failed to get free. " Arion said looking at aoi through the corner of his eye.
