Dollar Tree is an American chain of discount variety stores that sells every item for $1.00 or less. And no, it’s not a trick. Everything IS a dollar and it’s never over that price. Most people avoid ever going there for the misconception that everything in the store is crap and that isn’t worth going there. If you think like that then you’re missing out on the good stuff.
It is true that some items are useless and not that great, but it’s all about doing your homework. Not every Dollar Tree is the same, many of them contain similar products and/or have less items to choose from. So it’s important for you to visit your local store and browse the shelves to know what you want to get.
It’s a perfect place to go when you want to get wrapping and tissue paper, gift bags, ribbon, and other gift materials for those special events (birthdays, Christmas, gradations, etc.).
When it comes to managing the household, cleaning supplies can be found there as well. Most of those supplies are comparable to the brand-name products you would find at the grocery store. Everything from toilet bowl cleaner, dish soap, laundry detergent furniture polish, sponges, gloves, air fresheners, liquid plumber and oven cleaner.
Even for decorating the house (or your bedroom/dorm room). There’s scented candles, vases, potpourri, picture frames, mirrors, and so on. Even materials for do-it-yourself projects such as making a pretty bookends using garden statues. It’s all about research and looking for the items you need at the store. Recently I went to Dollar Tree and created a cute makeup brushes holder. It was quick and easy, all the items were from the store.
