1) ok the reason i picked this article is because when i looked at it and the title was "Memphis City Council rejects voters' say on tax increases". I was like "huh? what...." cause the City Council inst listening to the voters and they reject what they want which makes me glad that im leaving Memphis (i like memphis but i hate the crime and the Gov)
2) ok this will be a short summary. Well its pritty much talks about how there going to have a tax increase.
3) my opinion if its how the article says it is City Council ignoring the voters that is not good at all.
