I've noticed lately that coffee doesn't taste like coffee use to. Maybe it's my growing older that's causing the change, I don't know. But coffee from my drip pot just doesn't have the flavor it use to. Even when I clean it.
Out of desperation for a good cup of coffee I got out my old stove top/campfire percolator and made me a pot of coffee. Now that produced a great cup of coffee!
So, it's back to basics when it comes to coffee from here on out.
Lol, I feel like a cowboy when I make my coffee now and sit by my fireplace. mrgreen
