	My Only Journal It's like a little window into my mind, except it's a journal.

	16th Exam: English language paper 2 +oekaki

So this is the one with the poems from different cultures and writing to inform, explain or describe. The poetry essay was about conflict in "not my business" and one other poem. I found it difficult to choose a poem. I narrowed it down to "search for my tongue" which I like and "presents from my aunts in pakistan" which I hate. I chose "presents" I don't think my essay was very good. I didn't compare/contrast them. Blarghhhhhh. My describing piece I think was better, surprisingly. I chose to describe a journey, I did a plane journey. Except I never got on to the journey, I described the wait before the plane took off. I hope that's okay. I got senses in there, a metaphor and simile and I took special care to show not tell. I had some good phrases in there too, I think C: I don't know how I've done in English. I'm less bothered about getting a good grade in english than my other subjects Next exam: Physics. Or history. Probable physics. Oh, and I did an oekaki pic: e-e That nose is way too small.
